You bring the alcohol
After you book, we send you a shopping list based on your headcount and menu. You grab the bottles, we handle the rest.

We bring the bar
Portable bar, tools, ice, shakers, mixers, garnishes, cups. Everything a bar needs except the building.

We set up & clean up
We show up before your guests do, pour all night, then break it down and leave your place clean.

Meet Krista
I'm Krista, born and raised in North Jersey. I've been behind a bar long enough to know the drink is half the job. The other half is making sure everybody at your party is having a good time.
I started Vibez because too many good parties end up with a folding table and warm mixers. You should have a real bar, with someone behind it who is fast and fun to talk to.
Fair warning, your guests are going to spend more time at the bar than the food table.

Questions
Do you provide the alcohol?
No. You buy the alcohol and we send you an exact list based on your headcount and menu. We bring everything else: bartender, portable bar, tools, ice, mixers, garnishes, and cups. It keeps your cost down and keeps things simple.
Can you do a game day or watch party?
Yes, and it's one of our favorite bookings. NFL Sundays, the Super Bowl, March Madness, fight nights, draft parties. We build a menu in your team colors, set up before kickoff, and clean up after.
Full bar or just beer and wine?
Either. A full-service bar means beer, wine, liquor, mixers, and garnishes with a cocktail menu. Beer and wine only is a simpler, cheaper setup. You pick on the form and we quote accordingly.
Can the bar be outside?
Yes, as long as it's under cover. A tent, awning, covered patio, or garage all work. We need protection from rain and sun for the bar and equipment. Tell us indoor or outdoor on the form and we'll plan around it.
What areas do you serve?
Northern New Jersey and surrounding areas: Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Hudson, Morris, and nearby. Longer trips may add a small travel fee, quoted upfront.
How far in advance should I book?
Saturdays in wedding season, 8 to 12 weeks out. Weeknights and off-peak weekends, 2 to 4 weeks is usually fine. Last-minute dates open up too, so it's always worth asking.
What about the deposit?
A deposit holds your date. The amount and cancellation terms come with your quote.
Do you handle non-alcoholic drinks?
Yes. Every menu includes mocktails and non-alcoholic options.
